Is America addicted to hatred? We blame the symptoms but ignore the disease - and the human cost.

Every time political violence erupts, the same cycle repeats:

Blame —> Tweet —> Deflect —> Forget —> Repeat

We’re addicted to outrage.

We chant slogans instead of asking questions.

We choose rage over reflection.

But hate is the real epidemic - and it doesn’t need bullets to kill.

I’ve lived and survived it and now, I ask you to humor me because it’s time to be vulnerable, bare some deep truths and, inevitably, be misunderstood.
